A restorative, unheated class using therapy balls to release tension, improve mobility, and help your body move with ease.
JUICY STRONG
A sweaty blend of HIIT, light weights, and vinyasa designed to build strength and endurance. Heated 90–95°.
GENTLE FLOW
A slow, warming flow focused on mobility, breath, and gentle strengthening to leave you feeling balanced and refreshed.

A classic Hatha sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced in consistent order. Heated 100–103°.
VIN TO YIN
Half power, half restore — 30 minutes of flow followed by 30 minutes of deep stretch.
CREATIVE FLOW
A fun, ever-changing vinyasa class shaped by the instructor’s creativity. Heated 100–103°.
